Since I dressed up Luna this year(again), I decided to dress up Surge as well. Just because I can't go trick-or-treating doesn't mean he can't.
Anyways, Surge dressed up as Metal Man from Mega Man 2. Additionally, I decided to include Omochao behind a bush. He's waiting to jump out at me and annoy me with something I already know.
